Suggest a better description1) Melt butter in large skillet
2) Add bacon, cook 3 minutes, drain fat
3) Add onion, cook 5 minutes until onion is translucent
4) Add wine and stir until evaporated. Set pan aside, keep warm.
5) In deep serving dish or bowl, beat together eggs, parsley, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
6) Add onion mix to bowl, then immediately add hot cooked pasta to bowl and toss. Hot pasta and hot onion/bacon mixture will cook the eggs, and melt the cheese.
Ready to eat! Add more fresh ground pepper to taste at the table.
