Avocado Deviled Eggs

STEP 1
Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and transfer to a medium bowl.
STEP 2
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into the bowl with the egg yolks.
STEP 3
Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper to the bowl. Use a fork to mash all of the ingredients together until combined.
STEP 4
Fill each of the egg halves with some of the avocado mixture.
