The first time I made this chili was for my daughter and her husband right after the birth of my first grandchild. I adapted a recipe I found on the internet. I adjust the number of habaneros depending on who's coming for dinner.
Sauté onion, peppers and garlic until translucent in a big pot
Add turkey, cook until browned
Add rest of ingredients. Cook for 40 mins to 1 hour
Add slurry to thicken, cook another 5 minutes
Serve with toppings
Add a 2nd habanero for extra kick.
