Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 410 degrees. Lightly grease a deep dish 9 in pie plate and fit the crust inside. Prick the bottom with a fork a few times.
Cook the bacon in a fry pan until browned. Add the onion and cook until softened then add the spinach and cook until wilted. Gently pat dry with a paper towel.
Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
Place the spinach mix into the pie crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour the egg mixture over it.
Reduce the temperature to 375 and bake 40-45 minutes or until the middle is set. If top starts to get too brown cover with foil. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing into wedges to serve.
