-Cook Celery, Bell Peppers, and Onion 2min.
>Add Garlic, cook 2 more min. then place everything in a slow cooker.
-Add Chicken Broth, Tomatoes, Cajun Seasoning, Chicken, Sausage and Thyme (Frozen Okra if desired)
-Cook on high for 3.5-4 hours or low for 6.5-7 hours.
>Stir Shrimp in in the last hour and cook just until its cooked through.
Serve over Rice or Quinoa.
