Suggest a better description1. Place the avocados, cut side up in an ovenproof dish. 2. Mix together the crab meat, cream, paprika and seasoning to taste then pile the mixture onto the avocado halves. 3. Mix together the breadcrumbs and cheese and sprinkle over the avocados. Place under a preheated hot grill for 3-4 minutes until the topping is crisp and golden brown. 4. Serve immediately with a crisp green salad and warm crusty bread. NOTES : Delicious, quick and easy to make starters for 4 people, or a light supper for 2.
