Add Salt and pepper to taste
Place in oven for 30 min, then check and pull apart if you can, if not, place back for 10 min and try again
Let sit in oven pulled apart for 15 min after able to
Can add onion or other spices for taste
Great for adding to recipes that call for cooked chicken
