Directions:
Preheat Oven 350 degrees
Place bread cubes in greased 13 X 9 baking dish. Mix eggs, 1/2 & 1/2 and vanilla. Pour over bread cubes. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
Uncover. Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in center. Sprinkle w/ cinnamon-sugar or conf. sugar. Serve with butter and syrup.
