This is an easy dish that also works remarkably well with other types of fish, such as scrod, tilefish, and salmon.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place halibut in baking pan. Mix ginger, garlic, wine, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, add sesame oil and pour over fish. Cover dish with foil and bake 10 to 13 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
