Suggest a better description1.) Bake potatoes in oven at 400 for around 1 hour.
2.) Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4" shell.
3.) Place potato skins on greased sheet. Combine oil, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, & pepper; brush over both sides of skins.
4.) Baked @ 475 for 7 minutes, turn. Baked until crisp, about 7 minutes more. Sprinkle bacon & cheddar cheese inside skins. Bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
5.) Top with sour cream & onions. Serve.
