Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine the butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Remove from heat when butter is completely melted.
Arrange shrimp in a glass baking dish and pour the baking mixture over the shrimp. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and Old Bay seasoning.
Bake in oven for about 15 min or until shrimp are pink.
