Suggest a better description- Put turkey in salted water the noght before (1 cup of salt for 15 cups of water)
- Pat dry
- Insert butter under skin, rub butter and garlic over turkey. use other spices as you like.
- Stuff with your favorite stuff.
- Tie the legs. Insert Thermometer
- Cover with foil
- Bake at 350F - 20 minutes per pond
Remove foil during last 30 minutes, Baste with juices and brown. Internal temperature must be 165 degrees to remove from oven.
- keep the foil on for another half hour before cutting and serving
