Suggest a better descriptionBring large pot of salted water to boil. Add ziti pasta and cook until al dente, 7-8 minutes. Drain.
In large skillet sauté ground beef and onion. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes.
Spray 9 x 13 pan and layer: 1/2 ziti, 1/2 sauce, 4 slices provolone, 1/2 sour cream; repeat. Top with Parmesan cheese and then mozzarella. Let cool completely and then wrap in double layer of foil. Freeze.
To prepare:
Move straight from freezer and bake covered for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Remove foil toward end to brown cheeses.
