This is an easy quick and tasty chicken dish.
1. Heat Pan over High Heat
2. Add olive oil and brown chicken breast's on both sides
3. Turn heat down to medium and add the rest of the ingreedients.
4. Reduce the sauce down by half
Serve the chicken on it's own or with Brown Rice and/or Steamed Veggies.
Works great on a salad when chopped up the next day
