Suggest a better descriptionMix the marinade ingredients, place in zip lock bag with chicken thighs. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Sauté onion and mushrooms, remove from skillet and place in bowl.
Take chicken thighs out of marinade (reserving marinade). Sear chicken on each side in skillet on medium high.
Reduce heat to medium. Poor marinade into skillet and continue cooking chicken in marinade until chicken is almost done.
Add sautéed onions and mushrooms. Also add asparagus, red pepper and sun dried tomatoes to skillet. Cook until asparagus and red pepper are just starting to soften.
Place chicken and vegetables on plates, then drizzle with a little sauce from the skillet. Serve with rice or noodles.
