Stir together almond flour, baking powder, butter, water, and salt until well combined
Roll into a ball and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes
For the filling:
Add the rest of the oil, onions, garlic and a pinch of salt to a dutch oven or wide skillet.
Heat on medium high heat until the onion starts to turn golden, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the other spices, stir to coat in oil.
Add the tomatoes, bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes
Add the yogurt. Simmer for another 15 minutes until you have a nice thick sauce.
Remove whole spices
Stir in the chicken or chickpeas.
Assemble:
Roll out the dough between plastic wrap & carefully place over filling.
Bake at 350 degrees until golden, about 15-20 minutes.
