Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400F & grease muffin pans. Beat well, all of the wet mix ingredients & gently fold in the previously combined dry ingredients. Place in the muffin pans, sprinkle with topping and bake for 20-25 mins. Makes 12-14. Variation: 1/2 cup mixed dried fruits & nuts may be added to the wet mix as desired.
