Best Banana Bread ever
Preheat oven to 350
Cream shortening; add sugar and beat well.
Beat eggs and mash bananas and add them to the above.
Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, add alternately with sour milk and beat until smooth.
Add optional nuts
Bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until it's done. Cool well before slicing.
