1. sift flour, baking soda, and baking powder together
2. Cream margarine and sugar with electric mixer at medium speed
3. Add eggs and beat thoroughly until light and fluffy. Add sifted ingredients alternately with milk. Fold in bananas, beat after each addition
4. Pour into 2 greased 8.5x4.5x2.5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean.
5. Cool in pans for 10 mins, remove and cook on wire racks.
