This is a wonderfully simple banana bread. A great way to use old bananas
preheat oven to 350 Deg F. Then mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Beat the eggs and stir in the bananas, oil and water in a seperate bowl. Combing the two and stir. Don't worry if it is lumpy it is supposed to be. Add the spices and alcohols and the dulce de leche to the batter. Pour into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
