Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400. Spray 26 mini muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt; mix well. Mash banana in medium bowl. Beat egg and add. Add buttermilk and oil; mix well. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Divide batter evenly among spray-coated muffin cups using scoop. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
