1. combine first 7 ingredients and 1/4 tsp salt. Stir in coconut oil, bananas, egg yolks and 1/2 cup chocolate.
2. Using mixer, beat egg whites 2 minutes or until soft peaks form,a s shown; gently fold into batter.
3. Pour batterinto lined 9" x 5" loaf pan lightly coated with cokking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutesor until done. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Let cool. melt remaining chocolate; drizzel over top. Garnish with walnuts, if desired.
