2. Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
3. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir with a fork to blend.
4. In another bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and oil using a hand mixer. Beat until creamy.
5. Add bananas and vanilla. Beat until blended.
6. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Stir in cranberries and walnuts.
7. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes, until edges pull away from pan.
