Preheat oven to 350
Combine and whisk flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, clove
Mix together sugar, butter, oil. The mix in egg, yolk, bananas, buttermilk, beer, then flour mixture
Bake for around 60 minutes until cake reaches internal temperature of 205
Cool for 30 minutes
