Grease and flour a tube pan.
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking
soda. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Combine all remaining
ingredients in a bowl; add all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir until
well moistened. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350*F for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, or until tests done. Let
cool for 15-20 minutes in pan before attempting to remove to serving
platter.
Needs no frosting.
