Suggest a better description1. In large mixing bowl, mix all sausage ingredients. Form into 8 equal patties. Place on a plate and chill in freezer for 1-=15 minutes.
2. Remove sausage from freezer and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake sausage in oven for 12--15 minutes until internal temp reaches 145 and no pink remains in middle of patty.
