1) Mix marinade with water and oil according to instructions on marinade packet
2) Place thawed chicken breasts and marinade mixture in plastic zipper bag and marinate in refrigerator for 60 minutes.
3) Remove chicken breasts, place in baking dish, and pour 1/2 cup barbecue sauce over chicken.
4) Bake in oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then flip chicken, pour remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce over chicken, and continue baking at 450 degrees for 10 more minutes.
