Easy basic baked tofu.
1) Preheat oven to 350F.
2) Press your tofu for 15-20 minutes.
3)Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
4) Cut tofu into 8 to 10 strips and transfer to cookie sheet.
5) Sprinkle with seasonings (I use garlic salt & onion powder but you could use anything you want)
6) Bake for 15 minutes.
7) Flip and bake for another 15 or so minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown and slightly crisp on the outside but tender on the inside.
8) If you prefer a softer texture or are pressed for time, you can skip the second baking.
I like mine pretty chewy on the outside and soft inside so I usually do 15-20 mins each side. I cut them a little thicker though too (about 8 slices a block.)
You could marinate it too before baking.
