Add lemonade and stir till well combined.
Add milk a bit at a time and stir yntil hatter is thick enough to leave a good coating on the item to be fried, but is still fluid enough ti spread out evenly.
Stand for 1 hour before using to deep fry at 180°C. Cook till golden.
