Sweet and Tangy BBQ sauce. Great on Ribs or Chicken.
Saute onions and garlic in large dutch oven until soft but not browned. Add remaining ingredients, adjusting for personal tastes. Simmer for 2 - 4 hours. The longer it simmers the better the flavors blend and the thicker the sauce will become. Works great in a slow cooker, simmering all day on low, stiring several times throughout the day. Stores great in the refridgerator for several weeks. Is also a good one to mix large batches of to can and have on hand or to give as gifts.
