Suggest a better description1. Marinate brisket overnight in 1 bottle of liquid smoke. Start about 6 pm.
2. brisket in liquid smoke before you go to bed.
3. Next morning, DRAIN meat. Save marinate which is the drippings
4. Sprinkle with onion salt, garlic and celery salt or powder
5. Rub with Worchestershire sauce.
6. Seal in foil, cook 250--325 degrees for approx. 6 hours.
7. Combine all other ingredients above for sauce.
Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Spread over meat and put in oven for 20 minutes more.
