Sauce mushrooms in butter. Sprinkle with flour and nutmeg. Cook 1 minute, remove and add sour cream. Combine rest ingredients. Spoon half mixture into loaf pan. Make a wide and shallow indentation in the middle. Spoon 1/3 in middle. Spoon rest of meat over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Think seeing sour cream with milk if necessary. Serve as sauce and garnish with fresh dill.
