Suggest a better descriptionHeat oils in a wok over high heat. Cook beef slices in hot oil about 1 minute on each side and set aside. Add frozen stir-fry veggie mix and cook until soft.
Meanwhile, stir together soy sauce, vinegar, OJ, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, five spice powder, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, combine water and corn starch.
Add soy sauce mixture and beef to the wok. Bring to a boil and add the water and corn starch, making sure they are well mixed. Boil for another minute until sauce thickens. Serve with rice.
