in medium sized saucepan, saute garlic and ginger over medium heat. Add in sauces and orange juice. Let simmer. Saute beef until desired doneness and add veggies. Continue cooking until veggies are bright in colour but still crisp. Place noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Strain and place noodles on plate then top with veggies and sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
