Easy and quick
Grease one loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients, adding water to make a batter/pourable yet thick consistency. Pour immediately into greased loaf pan. Top with butter and/or brown sugar as desired
Leave in warm place 10 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
