Suggest a better descriptionPosition rack in center of oven and preheat to 350 F. Line a 12 cup standard muffin tin with paper muffin cups.
Combine the almond meal, oats, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
In a seperate bowl whisk together the beets, eggs, molasses and melted butter
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold in the blueberries
Bake until the muffins are browned on top and a knife inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean 25-30 minutes.
Store leftover in an airthight container in the fridge or freezer.
