Suggest a better descriptionFor dressing combine vinegar, jam and mustard and mix well. Then add oil, salt, and pepper. Mix again and set to side.
Toast nuts if using. Set aside. Chop off ends of snap peas and quickly stir fry 2-3 minutes and set aside. Then add red onion to pan and cook slightly.
To serve, layer bowl with salad mix, snap peas, red onion, nuts, blueberries and chicken. Serve with dressing
