Banana Bread with Sour Milk
To make sour Milk: Mix vinegar with milk. OR: 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice to 1/2 cup milk. 3T. sour milk
or buttermilk.
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, beat well.
Sift flour and soda together. Add alternately with sour milk.
Add mashed bananas, mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake in 350 deg. oven for about 1 hour until a toothpick comes
out clean. Cool before slicing. Yields 16 - 24 servings.
