350? Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Combine eggs, banana, oil, vanilla and buttermilk (1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon).
Add to sifted flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in nuts.
Put into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes until bread tests done.
Cool on wire rack.
