Suggest a better description1. Heat oven to 350. Grease bottoms only of 2(8x4) loaf pan or 1(9x5)
2. In bowl mix sugar and butter. Add eggs, bananas, buttermilk and vanilla; beat on med speed. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and nuts. Pour into pans.
3. Bake 8" loaves 1 hour, 9" loaf 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Loosen sides; remove from pans to cool on rack. Cool about 1 hour before slicing.
