In a medium skillet over medium high heat, toast sesame seeds until golden, stirring occasionally.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet over medium heat , heat oil until hot.
Saute red pepper 2 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce with 1 tsp cornstarch until smooth.
Add honey and garlic to skillet, along with the soy sauce.
Cook 3-4 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken; set aside.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
In a medium bowl combine remaining cornstarch, flour, paprika and salt.
Add chicken and toss until evenly coated.
Coat Airfryer basket with cooking spray.
Place chicken in basket.
Lightly coat with cooking spray.
Air fry 5 minutes.
Continue to cook 3 more minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
Add chicken to honey and garlic sauce.
Simmer about 1 minute or until heated through.
Serve immediately.
Top with sesame seeds
