Suggest a better descriptionHeat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic until golden brown. Add to the onion and bay leaves and fry for 1 minute. Add the spices and fry. Wash and trim the bhindi then chop into small pieces. Add to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes Add 2 tsp fresh chopped coriander. Heat for another minute then serve.
