Basic Indian recipe.
1. Heat oil over med high heat.
2. Add cumin. (Add potatoes and cook until halfway done.)
3. Add onions and cook to a light brown.
4. Add okra and let them cook together for a few min.
5. When half cooked, add garlic, ginger, salt, turmeric powder, green chilies, chili powder, and lemon pepper.
6. Cover, and reduce heat to med low.
7. When finished, mix in garam masala.
