- Make the Vinegar BBQ sauce one day before.
- In a food processor, grind up meats - pork, chicken, turkey & brisket and set aside.
- In a food processor, grind up loosely the drained lima beans & corn and set aside.
Instructions:
In a very large (2 gallon) pot, heat the olive oil. Add the diced onions and the garlic and saute until the onions are translucent, about 15 minutes. Stir in the cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes then add 1/2 cup vinegar BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup sweet BBQ sauce. Stir in the ground up pulled pork, chicken, turkey and brisket. Add the crushed tomatoes and the ground up corn and lima beans. Stir in the chicken stock and let simmer for a couple of hours over medium heat, stirring regularly.
