Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375° spray large skillet with non stick cooking spray. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until beef is thoroughly cooked drain
Add all remaining ingredients except the biscuits. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover and cook another 10-15minutes until veggies are tender. Stir occasionally
Spoon into ungreased 8 inch square or oval baking dish
Separate dough cutting each biscuit in half and arrange around the outside edge of the hot mixture. I use 2 cans and just lay biscuits on top
Bake 375° for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
