Suggest a better descriptionBrown the halved Brussels sprouts in the oil in a hot skillet, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with kosher salt and cook 2 more minutes. Stir together honey and water. Then stir in minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Add to Brussels sprouts; add mint and serve.
