In a chilled bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, scallions and arugula/spinach.
Whisk oil, mustard, lemon juice and vinegar together in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss into pasta and vegetables. Crumble in bacon, toss, and serve.
