Cream butter until soft. Add sugar, egg and beat until fluffy. Stir in milk and vanilla until blended. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Fold in blueberries. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 cake pan. Topping is last three ingredients. Top with topping (crumble on top of cake) and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
