Suggest a better descriptionheat oil in pan and then fry shallots until soft, 5 min. Add in garlic,salt, thyme and allspice and stir for 30 seconds/ Add in blueberries and water. Bring to a boil and then mash the blueberries. Stir in the balsamic vinegar, sugar and lemon juice. Cook until the mixture thickens slightly. Cool and serve with salmon brushed with a bit of olive oil and grilled.
