1. In a small saucepan, stir together the juice, honey, cornstarch and ginger until the cornstarch dissolves.
2. Add blueberries, then bring to a simmer over moderate heat; cook stirring for 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
4. Makes 1 and 1/3 cups.
Serve hot or warm .
